6.6lbs Light Malt Extract 12 oz Wildflower Honey 6 oz 90L Crystal Malt 4 oz Chocolate Malt 2 oz Pale Chocolate Malt Bittering Hops (60 Minutes): 1 oz Kent Golding Hops 1/2 oz Liberty Hops 1/2 oz Willamette Hops Flavor Hops (10 Minutes): 1/4 oz Liberty Hops 1/4 oz Willamette Hops Aroma Hops (10 Minutes): 1/4 oz Liberty Hops 1/4 oz Willamette Hops Safale S-04 Yeast
Steep Crushed grains for 30 minutes at 150-170 degrees. Remove and discard the grains and add extract and honey. Bring this mixture to a boil. When boiling commences follow hop schedule. Dry hop in secondary with local fresh hops. OG ~1.050 FG ~1.011
